Doc and the MadMan dust off the Dreadnought and bongos for a stab at one of the classics. Although many of us weren’t born when Ms. Wells was in her prime, her chart busting classic still sounds as good today as it did when Edsels and Studebakers ruled the road.
If that’s not enough to keep you glued to your seats, then stick around for some WONDERFUL news about our Uber-talented friend Trevor McBain. Trev recently announced something exciting about his own singing career. We don’t want to spoil it for you, but it rhymest with ShmAmerican SmIdol !

True to their name, Reliance Code showed up and rocked us with some great news about their band tonight. The ‘soon to be’ headliners have made the cut to be on the event banner for Rocklahoma, 2017 ! Stigler’s own bunch of mainstream rockers has come a long way in the ten months since they visited with us last. Bassist Josh Roach, front man Todd Falconer, guitar god Shane Diego and uber-tight colleague ax man Cody Peebles spent an hour with us discussing how it all came to be, their philosophy on their music and where the feelings come from. “Come hang with us all tonight as we spend the whole podcast discussing the evolution of this ‘band family” and the brand of emotion they serve with each guitar lick, vocal kick and slap of the skins.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Tony Thomas and Hollywood Rocker Katya gave us the interview of the year tonight, with special insight to his life with George Clinton, playing with Prince at the legend’s Paisley Park studios in Minnesota, the amazing tales go on and on. THEN Katya herself nails us with a promise to drop a HOT new single on DJAMM podcast this summer. PLUS more news that so big, we don’t dare mention it ! You GOTTA tune in to this one, friends and neighbors … it’s just too hot to handle !

BUT WAIT! Following that was a STUNNING performance by grassroots Oklahoma country artist Dusty McDaniel who hit us with a new original tune !
