We sing, we dance we speak of wonderful things of which we are un-versed! Our universe is rich and inviting, and we invite YOU, Gentle Listener to share it with US!
Doc and MadMan travel the globe weekly from our attic studio in beautiful Downtown Stigler in order to bring you the freshest, greatest, strongest and longest winded ideas and ideals on the PLANET ! And tonite, we did it all in just 49 minutes !
We visit about the need to extend a helping hand and a listening ear to our fellow man and woman, brother, sister, child and grandfolk – a recurring theme in today in our contemporary podcasts. Doc got the chance to chat with chart busting country funny man Rodney Carrington, and shares the fun with everyone about that. The DJAMM Bros put together a cover of Bob Wills’s “Stay All Night”, and blast it out for every future generation to enjoy.
So with that, G.R., we invite you’ uns all and once’t to join us in our global examinations, ruminations and general observations. WE BE DJAMMIN’ IT FA SHO!!

You requested it, we did it. Yep, here it is. Just as you asked ! “It wasn’t God who made HAWWNKK-EY TAWNK Ang-ellls !” LOL.. Yeah, we did it. At long last we did a Kitty Wells cover.
Doc and the MadMan dust off the Dreadnought and bongos for a stab at one of the classics. Although many of us weren’t born when Ms. Wells was in her prime, her chart busting classic still sounds as good today as it did when Edsels and Studebakers ruled the road.
If that’s not enough to keep you glued to your seats, then stick around for some WONDERFUL news about our Uber-talented friend Trevor McBain. Trev recently announced something exciting about his own singing career. We don’t want to spoil it for you, but it rhymest with ShmAmerican SmIdol !
Also, we back off the comedy and music for a solemn look at school shootings and offer prayers and condolences to the good folks down in Florida. May God be with you all until we meet you again.

Don’t be a clown, Mr. Brown ! We’ve all said it, perhaps we’ve all done it, but right now it’s terribly out of fashion. For some reason, clowns have taken a bad rap the last little while. From public displays of weirdness, to high school pranks, these made up messengers of merriment and more have become the pariahs of the season. Doc and the MadMan take a look at the different clowns who have entertained us throughout generations. Whether they were bringers of truth, silly seeming circus shriners or any of a number of cartoon figures, clowns have traditionally been our friends. DJMM asks the question “why the bad press of late? ! We talk a little about the clowns running for office and the silliness sent by Kimmel to show us how funny it all can be, if a little slower. This and more on Dr. Jeffrey and the MadMan, for October 13, 2016. Peace-In, Pariah Pals ! = DJMM.

“So, Doc, Madman; how did you guys spend your Saturday?” Well, let’s see, we went to the nicest city park in Eastern Oklahoma, listened to some great music, talked to some exciting and informative people about wonderful things happening for ALL of us, and had a great cheeseburger to boot !
That’s right. MadMan and Doc spent the day at Roye Park in Stigler where the organization Partnering for the Park hosted a fundraiser day with games, LIVE music from great bands and capped it off with a golfball drop where dozens of prizes were given away. Those things alone were just, well, pretty darn cool.
But that wasn’t all of it. We caught Stigler’s City Manager Bobby Mouser as he was buzzing from task to turn and quizzed him about the exciting developments taking place in the City of Stigler, not the least of which is the construction of a new hospital ! Yep, it’s in the works and word from Bob is that if the stars align, we hope to turn the first shovel full of dirt by this fall ! WOW !
Hang in there, it gets better.
As DJAMM was getting ready for the show, they looked up to see none other than the members of The Kingdom strolling by ! On a last minute booking, this dynamic and fresh faced group of uber-talented prodigies agreed to come to the Partnering for the Park event and play their own brand of Southern Spiritual Rock and Oklahoma Tusk for the good folks there! What a day ! They played after Bob Martin and the Day Job Quitters and right before the delightful Dante Miller, an amazing up and coming talent on the Oklahoma music scene; and Stress on the Rich, a staple in West Ark and Eastern Oklahoma, As if THAT much more wasn’t enough, they came by the podcast booth and shared their plans to hit the road with a Billboard charting band for almost two months this fall !
Now, gentle listeners, if this hasn’t pumped you up to come on board and give DJAMM a listen this week, then you’re coming up short. It’s rich with entertainment, this Dr. Jeffrey and The MadMan, Partnering for the Park Event Special ! – DJ&MM

Introducing, The Kingdom, The Band. Do they play Christian rock? Sure they do. Just ask ’em.

But, as many southern rockers would say, that ain’t all.

Nope, not even close.

To see these young people is to witness the invention of an entirely new flavor of rock and roll. It’s original, genre-jumping, sandal stomping, southern style jams.

Hold on a minute. We’re getting ahead of ourselves. First, close your mind’s eye and picture not just another rock band, but the most gifted group of young people you’ve ever met. Imagine now their music, a dynamic, untraveled approach for not just rock, but the soul of all traditional rock, with an out-of-the-box spiritual flair.

You’ve never heard this before. Huh-uKingdomh… nothing even close.

Now, open your eyes… and your ears !

In this June 23, 2016 appearance, wholesome, fun loving music phenoms The Kingdom  blow Dr. Jeffrey and the MadMan away with unbelievable vocals, harmony, instrumentals and musical arrangements tight and powerful enough to make a composer blush ! WOW! Alternating between panting through sweltering Oklahoma heat and feeling goosebumps over the original music… it’s enough to catch musical pneumonia !

Their music almost certainly defies category and description, but suffice it to say, that if you listen to The Kingdom on DJMM, you’ll witness the emergence of what is almost certainly the greatest new genre-bending band of the era.

They’re self-styled country pop / Christian rock / soul / southern rock and so much more rolled into one… or six, made into one. The sound is fresh, unique, honest. The camaraderie they share is as organic as the friendship that brought them together.

OH, and did we mention that they dropped a previously unreleased single with US last night?! They hit us with a hot new track of their original dit, Flesh and Bone. How cool is THAT?
